Our team worked with CleanLight Inc. to apply for a Department of Energy Title 17 Loan to establish a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility to produce CleanLight’s solar-powered lighting towers and SOLBOX residential solar generators. Once opened the facility will enable CleanLight to meet the growing demand for energy solutions in the U.S. market while creating jobs, and a more sustainable model for generators in remote areas.
In partnership with our team, Cleaner Highways secured and executed a public-private partnership to clean over 1,200 miles of Indiana interstates, empowering individuals facing employment challenges. Thanks to Cleaner Highways and their ingenuity, homeless, formerly incarcerated, and recovering individuals found employment and improved their lives and communities. Today, the company employs over 350 Hoosiers who pay taxes rather than draw from social services. Our team continues to support the project’s nationwide expansion.
Through strategic negotiations led by our team, States Manufacturing secured $2.8 million in state incentives from Minnesota. These funds are instrumental in supporting the client’s $24 million investment, which includes leasing 500,000 square feet at The Cubes, a cutting-edge facility in Dayton, Minnesota. Our team worked with this client to prepare for their grand opening event in Q3 2025. This led to the company joining with Forgent Power and achieving an IPO in early 2026.
America’s first and only nano-photonic quantum entropy-based computing company, QCi, leveraged our partnership to open a state-of-the-art thin film lithium niobate exfoliation facility in Arizona. This facility created dozens of jobs locally while securing incentives from all levels of government. This facility remains one of its kind in the USA, competing globally on a daily basis and leading the quantum computing industry with American ingenuity.
The Aesthetic Medical Spa industry is valued at over $21 billion and expected to grow to $80 billion by 2028, led by small, local, woman-owned businesses. Highly educated doctors and nurses lead these facilities, creating 1000s of jobs while leveraging new technologies to transform women’s health. However, state regulators and legislators risk harming the industry and patients by creating uninformed statutes. Through our efforts, we introduced new technologies and ensured the continued availability of proven treatments nationwide, protecting providers.
