She has served as a keynote speaker, panelist, and guest lecturer at Re+ , CES, IBTTA, Roth Capital, and AMCHAM. Fluent in Spanish, Vietnamese, and English, Jessica brings a trilingual advantage to her strategic work with both the public and private sectors.

Jessica recently retired as the CEO of A10 Associates, the nation’s largest woman-owned lobbying firm. The largest bi-partisan and multistate firm in the United States, A10 operated in 36 states, created over 1,500 jobs nationwide, and secured more than $1 billion in local, state, and federal funding for its clients.
