Jessica Beeson Tocco is the President of Shepherd Strategies, a government marketing and consulting firm that guides organizations to transform policy awareness and public-sector programs into long-term business results. Jessica recently retired as the CEO of A10 Associates, the nation’s largest woman-owned lobbying firm. The largest bi-partisan and multistate firm in the United States, A10 operated in 36 states, created over 1,500 jobs nationwide, and secured more than $1 billion in local, state, and federal funding for its clients.
